We bring the freshness of our experimental hops to Giant Step Verde as well. Harvested on Monte Taburno, dried, and used in its flower form within a few hours of drying in our Giant Step. Alongside the typical dankness of Giant Step, you’ll find more citrusy and herbal notes that transport us mentally to the heart of the hop yard. An experience that, sooner or later, we hope to share together.

To celebrate our second adventure at the Panda Raid, we have created a new IPA in true Guerrilla style—extra hopped with the favorite hops of our Guerrilla Racing Team, made up of Anthony and Andrea: Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and this year, also with our very own Crak hop, which we cultivated on Mount Taburno.

Trattoria da Crak

This beer is our toast to the new adventure of Trattoria da Crak, our space dedicated to fully plant-based cuisine in the heart of Padua. Like the trattoria, this beer is born from our land: experimental barley and hops grown on our farm, just a few steps from the brewery—the same place where the vegetables featured in the trattoria’s dishes are cultivated.

An explosion of exotic fruit, resin and citrus with strong dank notes. It is full-bodied, with a soft, creamy mouthfeel that is good for drinking, and despite the alcoholic body, it is incredibly smooth.

Abundantly hopped with Motueka, the nose releases all its sweet and intense tropical aroma and a delicate citric. In the mouth it has a great softness, followed by sweet fruity aromas (mango, peach, melon) that shift the rather strong alcoholic body to the background, while the bitterness is soft and well balanced by the fruity and malty note.

Perfect Citra El Dorado is part of a duo of beers, paired with Perfect Mosaic El Dorado, designed to explore and highlight the role of an underappreciated hop with great potential: El Dorado. This hop evokes flavors reminiscent of pear and pineapple candy.
Here, we’ve combined it with our selected Citra hops in equal doses—50/50 both in hot and cold hopping. We highly recommend trying it alongside Perfect Mosaic El Dorado.
Perfect Mosaic-El Dorado

Perfect Mosaic El Dorado is part of a duo of beers, paired with Perfect Citra El Dorado, created to showcase and celebrate the potential of an underused hop: El Dorado. This hop delivers flavors reminiscent of pear and pineapple candy.
Here, we’ve combined it with our selected Mosaic hops in equal parts—50/50 in both hot and cold hopping. We highly recommend trying it alongside Perfect Citra El Dorado.
Perfect Riwaka-Nectaron
DDH IPA - 6,5%
Riwaka and Nectaron, two iconic hops from New Zealand, come together in this Perfect to create an explosive aromatic profile. Pineapple and passion fruit take center stage from the very first sip, accompanied by notes of papaya, maracuja, and a sharp citrus touch.
We went all-in with late hopping to unleash the full power of these hops, making every sip intense and unforgettable. The best way to discover and fully appreciate the unique nuances of Riwaka and Nectaron.

“We grow beer”… but what does that mean?
It means we grow our own barley, choosing the varieties that best suit our beers. And we also cultivate our own hops: three experimental hops we’ve been working on for over 7 years. Of course, we don’t only use our own—there are countless amazing hops around the world, and every year we personally select them directly from the growers.
But in this beer, it’s truly our own barley and fresh hops. We’ve grown this beer, and we can’t wait for you to taste it.
It’s round, soft, and juicy, with lots of ripe fruit, herbal notes, and a lightly bitter finish.

However, a Grape Gose that evokes Prosecco, we can indeed produce it in a can.
The grape from our Tenuta Bembo is predominant, with subtle citrus notes from our experimental hops harvested on Mount Taburno.

For the fourth consecutive year, Calimax coffee from our friend Lencho has arrived at the brewery, ready to take center stage in our 2024 seasonal beer. This year, Calimax 2024 reveals creamy notes with surprising hints of citrus, floral undertones, and cocoa.

Our Take me Home wrapped in cocoa.
Imperial Stout at 11% ABV with the addition of cocoa and roasted cocoa beans characterized by a full, dense body with a creamy mouthfeel.
Giotto 2023
Barrel Aged Pastry Stout con panettone - 13,0%
The first collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto was the panettone with Magma Bianco.
Then we took the same panettone and created Giotto.
Giotto is a flat Pastry Stout, without bubbles, matured for 24 months in Chardonnay barrels with a large amount of Panettone.
Dense, oily and obviously tastes like panettone… Giotto.

Our Take Me Home, even thicker, even oilier, even more… Paracasa.
Aged for four years in a single Caol Ila Scotch Whisky barrel and then further refined for an additional year in the bottle. It boasts a strong and enveloping flavor. The roasted malt provides a deep taste of bitter coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and toffee. The sweetness is balanced by a subtly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of coffee, with a subtle touch of vanilla, bourbon, and a smoky aura, accompanied by a hint of peat, smoke, and wood that lingers.

Mansueto 2024
Barley Wine - 13,0%
2024 was a year of significant temperature fluctuations in our cellar, which helped concentrate aromatic compounds and impart unique characteristics, especially to the wine, Port, and Rum Caroni barrels. These are the barrels we primarily used to craft Mansueto 2024. Its deep amber color is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruits like figs and plums, with hints of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, layers of caramel and vanilla are enhanced by notes of oak, cocoa, and a delicate toastiness. The finish is long and harmonious, with the unmistakable spicy kick that is even more pronounced than in previous vintages, making this year’s release truly exceptional in structure, balance, and intensity.

Aged predominantly in Rum, Whisky, and Port casks, with a touch of wine barrel, it provides an extraordinary experience. The deep amber color and caramelized aromas blend with fruity notes of raisins and dates. The taste reveals complex layers of caramel, toffee, and vanilla, enriched by hints of oak and a pleasantly light, lingering spiciness that adds vibrancy. A beer that captivates with its harmony.

The year 2022 also “gave us” a great vintage for our Mansueto.
After periodic tastings throughout the year that gave us high hopes for a major vintage, in the last few weeks the tastings from the different barrels, of Rum, Wine, Bourbon and Whisky, have become tighter in order to recreate that moment, magical for us, of the creation of the new Mansueto 2022 vintage that we look forward to arriving in your hands to finally taste.

The moment when our Barley Wine is born is a magical moment. It is that moment when we select the best barrels to create the perfect blend and give birth to the new Mansueto vintage.
In 2020 many casks still had a lot to give to our Barley Wine and we made the painful decision to “deprive” ourselves of the 2020 Mansueto to get to the “2021” and create one of the best Mansueto’s ever. Dense and enveloping, every sip is a journey and a discovery for the palate.

Jeroboam Mansueto Riserva 2019 - Caroni Rum

When we selected the barrels to create Mansueto 2019, we were struck by the uniqueness of three different barrels. Three barrels that had created such a unique bond with our Mansueto that we chose to bottle them in purity to let you enjoy every sip of this magic: Mansueto 2019 Riserva Torbata Scotch Whisky, Mansueto 2019 Riserva Château Margaux, and Mansueto 2019 Riserva Caroni Rum.
This is Mansueto 2019 Riserva Caroni Rum, our Barley Wine aged for 3 years in this magical Caroni Rum barrel, then further refined for an additional 24 months in the bottle to soften the overpowering character that the rum imparted to this beer.
The result is astonishing. Hints of red fruits and coffee give way to a pleasant alcoholic warmth that closes enveloping with aromas of caramel, ripe fruit, and raisins. This is a very rare barrel, just like the Caroni Rum that carries with it a story worth reading, told directly by those who discovered this incredible rum.

When we selected the casks to create Mansueto 2019 we were blown away by the uniqueness of three different casks. Three barrels that had created such a unique bond with our Mansueto that we chose to bottle them purely for you to enjoy every sip of this magic: Mansueto 2019 Torbata Reserve Scotch Whisky, Mansueto 2019 Château Margaux Reserve and Mansueto 2019 Caroni Reserve Rum.
This is Mansueto 2019 Torbata Reserve Scotch Whisky, 3 years in Ardmore barrels and 24 months of bottle ageing to soften and blend the powerful and complex sorbate notes.
The result is unique. The peaty nose gradually gives way to dried fruit, caramel, honey and vanilla.
Warm, full-bodied and enveloping in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste returned
Each bottle of Mansueto 2019 Riserva Tornata Scotch Whisky has been packaged by hand, in small wooden boxes Cantina.

In the barrel selection process for crafting Mansueto 2024, two barrels stood out so distinctly that they earned the title of Mansueto Riserva 2024: one ex-Château Margaux barrel and one Rum Caroni barrel. These were bottled directly from the barrel, without blending, then aged for a year in the bottle and are now ready to showcase their full uniqueness.
This is Mansueto 2023 Riserva Château Margaux, aged for three years in the exquisite French barrels of Bordeaux’s Premier Cru: Château Margaux. Afterward, we allowed it to mature in the bottle for 12 months to refine and enhance every nuance and aroma of this extraordinary beer.
Mansueto Riserva 2023 - Rum Caroni

In the barrel selection process for crafting Mansueto 2024, two barrels stood out so distinctly that they earned the title of Mansueto Riserva 2024: one ex-Château Margaux barrel and one Rum Caroni barrel. These were bottled directly from the barrel, without blending, then aged for a year in the bottle and are now ready to reveal their full uniqueness.
Here is Mansueto 2023 Riserva Rum Caroni, aged for three years in the prestigious and increasingly rare Rum Caroni barrels. Afterward, we allowed it to mature in the bottle for 12 months, enabling every aromatic and sensory nuance to reach its peak expression.
This is a truly rare barrique, as rare as Rum Caroni itself, which carries a fascinating story—one worth reading and sharing for those fortunate enough to discover this extraordinary spirit.

This is Mansueto 2019 Riserva Torbata Scotch Whisky, aged for 3 years in Ardmore barrels and 24 months of refinement in the bottle to soften and amalgamate the powerful and complex sorbate notes.
The result is unique. The peaty scents on the nose gradually give way to dried fruit, caramel, honey, and vanilla. Warm, full-bodied, and enveloping in the mouth with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

Aged 2 years in a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrique, kept in our Cantina, has amply given the character and aromatic notes of the wine and wood. It was then aged for 10 months in the bottle. Vinous, with lively hints of Marsala, with a velvety and soft body that releases a pleasant alcoholic heat. As a corollary a decisive note of red and purple fruit, intense aromas of dry fruit, caramel, floral hints.

When we created Mansueto 2018, two barrels in particular struck us for their uniqueness: a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrel and an American Bourbon barrel.
Enraptured, we decided to use them in purity, not to employ them in any blend. So that you can relive the same emotion that we felt when we first tasted them, and to fully enjoy all their unique character.
A single, single barrel selected from those in our Cellar imparted all the incredible character and elegant softness of Bourbon. Mansueto 2018 Bourbon Reserve is a Barley Wine style beer aged 2 years in an American Bourbon barrel. Maturation in wood was followed by 10 months of bottle ageing.
On the nose and palate, the voluptuous honeyiness of Bourbon and round vanilla notes accompanied by fine spicy notes emerge. From the full and never cloying sweetness of dark, dehydrated fruit, and the decisive ones of nuts where the woody veins insinuate themselves giving great complexity.
The bottles of Mansueto 2018 Bourbon Reserve are packaged by hand, in small wooden boxes.

When we created Mansueto 2018, two specific barrels caught our attention for their uniqueness: a barrel of French oak Premier Cru Château Margaux and one of American Bourbon.
Enchanted, we decided to use them in purity, not incorporating them into any blend. To let you relive the same emotion we felt upon the first taste and fully appreciate their distinctive character. One, single barrel selected from those in our cellar, imparted all the incredible character and elegant smoothness of Bourbon.
Mansueto 2018 Riserva Bourbon is a Barley Wine-style beer aged for 2 years in an American Bourbon barrel. After maturing in wood, it underwent 10 months of bottle aging. It reveals to the senses the voluptuous honeyed aroma of Bourbon, round notes of vanilla accompanied by subtle spicy undertones.
From the full sweetness, never cloying, of dark and dehydrated fruits to the robust ones of nuts, where woody veins insinuate themselves, providing great complexity.

Jeroboam Mansueto Riserva 2018 - Château Margaux
Barrel Aged Barley Wine - 12,5%
When we created Mansueto 2018, two barrels in particular struck us for their uniqueness: a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrel and an American Bourbon barrel.
Enraptured, we decided to use them in purity, not to employ them in any blend. So that you can relive the same emotion that we felt when we first tasted them, and to fully enjoy all their unique character.
A single, single barrique, stored in our cellar, amply gave the character and aromatic notes of the wine and the wood.
Mansueto 2018 Château Margaux Reserve spent 2 years in a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrique, and was subsequently aged for 10 months in the bottle.
Vinous, with lively hints of Marsala, with a velvety smooth body that releases a pleasant alcoholic warmth. This is accompanied by a definite red fruit and violet note, intense aromas of dried fruit and caramel, veiled by floral hints.
The bottles of Mansueto 2018 Reserve Château Margaux are packaged by hand, in small wooden boxes.

Golden in color, with vinous notes, citrus, ripe fruit, and a salty touch. Balanced acidity, a soft body, and a dry finish. Hints of wood and vanilla complete an elegant and complex profile.
Pontarola 2019
IGA Italian Grape Ale - 8,0%
Pontarola is a blend of Italian Grape Ale matured in Amarone and Barolo barriques for 2 years, spontaneously re-fermented with must from Cabernet grapes from the Euganean Hills and refined in the bottle for a further year.
Magma Bianco
IGA - 11,0%
Magma Bianco is a still beer, Italian Grape Ale, made of Moscato giallo grapes from Euganean Hills. It is aged for 12 months in barrique of Chardonnay, by Filò delle Vigne, and in bottle for further 24 months.
Three hectares of anthropic Glera grape vineyard with integrated farming within our Crak Farm, our Tenuta Bembo.
We aim to mark time with a new and unique idea: the cultivation of a Glera grape vineyard surrounded by a 6-meter-high hop field. This way, we should achieve a balance between shade and light, bringing our prosecco to an aromatic complexity and an intensity unparalleled in the DOC designation.

Prosecco DOC characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate and complex olfactory texture, fruity of rennet apple, white peach; floral of lime blossom and wisteria with herbaceous notes of sage
The sip is quite dry and is supported by a balanced acid shoulder and a slight sapidity.
Prosecco DOC Brut Nature 2022

Prosecco DOC Brut nature, also called zero dosage; characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate, complex and fine olfaction with floral notes of jasmine and white carnation, fruity notes of crisp pear, white peach; with small herbaceous notes of herbs.
The subtle, creamy carbonation accompanies the discreet acid shoulder and gives persistence and linearity to the sip.

Perfect Mosaic El Dorado is part of a duo of beers, paired with Perfect Citra El Dorado, created to showcase and celebrate the potential of an underused hop: El Dorado. This hop delivers flavors reminiscent of pear and pineapple candy.
Here, we’ve combined it with our selected Mosaic hops in equal parts—50/50 in both hot and cold hopping. We highly recommend trying it alongside Perfect Citra El Dorado.

“We grow beer”… but what does that mean?
It means we grow our own barley, choosing the varieties that best suit our beers. And we also cultivate our own hops: three experimental hops we’ve been working on for over 7 years. Of course, we don’t only use our own—there are countless amazing hops around the world, and every year we personally select them directly from the growers.
But in this beer, it’s truly our own barley and fresh hops. We’ve grown this beer, and we can’t wait for you to taste it.
It’s round, soft, and juicy, with lots of ripe fruit, herbal notes, and a lightly bitter finish.

DDH IPA complex and harmonious, with a full character fruit of a generous hopping that goes to express citrus notes, ripe peach and sweet exotic fruit. An incredible intensity that settles on a slim drink at the top of the can, soft and juicy body.

Extra Dry Hopped Italian Pilsner - 5,0%
How about thinking of a beer as if it were a pizza?
Pizzapils: “crisp” and aromatic with our favorite hop, Citra, in a balanced dry-hop that enhances, without ever overpowering, the character of Pils.

However, a Grape Gose that evokes Prosecco, we can indeed produce it in a can.
The grape from our Tenuta Bembo is predominant, with subtle citrus notes from our experimental hops harvested on Mount Taburno.

Giotto 2023
Barrel Aged Pastry Stout con panettone - 13,0%
The first collaboration with Pasticceria Giotto was the panettone with Magma Bianco.
Then we took the same panettone and created Giotto.
Giotto is a flat Pastry Stout, without bubbles, matured for 24 months in Chardonnay barrels with a large amount of Panettone.
Dense, oily and obviously tastes like panettone… Giotto.

Our Take Me Home, even thicker, even oilier, even more… Paracasa.
Aged for four years in a single Caol Ila Scotch Whisky barrel and then further refined for an additional year in the bottle. It boasts a strong and enveloping flavor. The roasted malt provides a deep taste of bitter coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and toffee. The sweetness is balanced by a subtly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of coffee, with a subtle touch of vanilla, bourbon, and a smoky aura, accompanied by a hint of peat, smoke, and wood that lingers.

Only one detail is missing to make you feel truly on vacation: the shouted update on the latest trends of rhymes with CoccoBello. To make you relive those moments, we created CoccoBello. A Pastry Imperial Stout with a wave of (toasted) coconut on a bed of chocolate. Flat beer.

Amarene is a spontaneously fermented sour beer aged for 6 years in Colli Euganei Cabernet barrels, with the addition of fresh sour cherries, followed by an additional year of bottle conditioning.
The result is a beer with a complex profile, featuring intense sour cherry notes and vinous nuances that intertwine, culminating in a refreshing final acidity.

Pesca Tabacchiera is a spontaneously fermented sour beer aged for 4 years in Colli Euganei Cabernet barrels, with the addition of tabacchiera peaches from our Farm, 2023 harvest, followed by an additional year of bottle conditioning.
The result is a beer with elegant acidity, vinous notes, and the aromatic sweetness of tabacchiera peaches.

Sour Wild Ale con Pesche - 8,0%
Pesche 2023 is a spontaneously fermented sour beer aged for 4 years in Colli Euganei Cabernet barrels, with the addition of fresh peaches from our Farm, 2023 harvest, followed by an additional year of bottle conditioning.
The result is a complex and refined beer, perfectly balancing the vinous notes from the barrels, the freshness of the peaches, and a subtle acidity that enhances its character.

2024 was a year of significant temperature fluctuations in our cellar, which helped concentrate aromatic compounds and impart unique characteristics, especially to the wine, Port, and Rum Caroni barrels. These are the barrels we primarily used to craft Mansueto 2024. Its deep amber color is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruits like figs and plums, with hints of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, layers of caramel and vanilla are enhanced by notes of oak, cocoa, and a delicate toastiness. The finish is long and harmonious, with the unmistakable spicy kick that is even more pronounced than in previous vintages, making this year’s release truly exceptional in structure, balance, and intensity.

When we selected the casks to create Mansueto 2019 we were blown away by the uniqueness of three different casks. Three barrels that had created such a unique bond with our Mansueto that we chose to bottle them purely for you to enjoy every sip of this magic: Mansueto 2019 Torbata Reserve Scotch Whisky, Mansueto 2019 Château Margaux Reserve and Mansueto 2019 Caroni Reserve Rum.
This is Mansueto 2019 Torbata Reserve Scotch Whisky, 3 years in Ardmore barrels and 24 months of bottle ageing to soften and blend the powerful and complex sorbate notes.
The result is unique. The peaty nose gradually gives way to dried fruit, caramel, honey and vanilla.
Warm, full-bodied and enveloping in the mouth with a pleasant aftertaste returned
Each bottle of Mansueto 2019 Riserva Tornata Scotch Whisky has been packaged by hand, in small wooden boxes Cantina.

These were bottled directly from the barrel, without blending, then aged for a year in the bottle and are now ready to showcase their full uniqueness.
This is Mansueto 2023 Riserva Château Margaux, aged for three years in the exquisite French barrels of Bordeaux’s Premier Cru: Château Margaux. Afterward, we allowed it to mature in the bottle for 12 months to refine and enhance every nuance and aroma of this extraordinary beer.

Aged 2 years in a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrique, kept in our Cantina, has amply given the character and aromatic notes of the wine and wood. It was then aged for 10 months in the bottle. Vinous, with lively hints of Marsala, with a velvety and soft body that releases a pleasant alcoholic heat. As a corollary a decisive note of red and purple fruit, intense aromas of dry fruit, caramel, floral hints.

When we created Mansueto 2018, two barrels in particular struck us for their uniqueness: a French Premier Cru Château Margaux oak barrel and an American Bourbon barrel.
Enraptured, we decided to use them in purity, not to employ them in any blend. So that you can relive the same emotion that we felt when we first tasted them, and to fully enjoy all their unique character.
A single, single barrel selected from those in our Cellar imparted all the incredible character and elegant softness of Bourbon. Mansueto 2018 Bourbon Reserve is a Barley Wine style beer aged 2 years in an American Bourbon barrel. Maturation in wood was followed by 10 months of bottle ageing.
On the nose and palate, the voluptuous honeyiness of Bourbon and round vanilla notes accompanied by fine spicy notes emerge. From the full and never cloying sweetness of dark, dehydrated fruit, and the decisive ones of nuts where the woody veins insinuate themselves giving great complexity.

TENUTA SOLOFRANA: Our Coda di Volpe vineyards are located 35 km from the sea, at an altitude ranging from 325 to 650 meters above sea level.
Three hectares of anthropic Glera grape vineyard with integrated farming within our Crak Farm, our Tenuta Bembo.
We aim to mark time with a new and unique idea: the cultivation of a Glera grape vineyard surrounded by a 6-meter-high hop field. This way, we should achieve a balance between shade and light, bringing our prosecco to an aromatic complexity and an intensity unparalleled in the DOC designation.

We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate and complex olfactory texture, fruity of rennet apple, white peach; floral of lime blossom and wisteria with herbaceous notes of sage
The sip is quite dry and is supported by a balanced acid shoulder and a slight sapidity.

Prosecco DOC Brut nature, also called zero dosage; characterised by 100% Glera grapes from 2022 vintage. From this extremely dry vintage, we harvested grapes that were perfectly healthy and concentrated in flavour and aroma.
We obtained a pale straw yellow sparkling wine, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage.
Delicate, complex and fine olfaction with floral notes of jasmine and white carnation, fruity notes of crisp pear, white peach; with small herbaceous notes of herbs.
The subtle, creamy carbonation accompanies the discreet acid shoulder and gives persistence and linearity to the sip.

Abundantly hopped with Motueka, the nose releases all its sweet and intense tropical aroma and a delicate citric. In the mouth it is round. Sweet fruity aromas (mango, peach, melon) that shift the rather strong alcoholic body to the background, while the bitterness is soft and well balanced by the fruity and malty note.

From freshly harvested green beans to roasted ones, a balanced alternation between herbal notes and roasting; we enriched it with coriander, angelica root, and cardamom for a unique fusion of flavors.

Italian Whisky, 42% ABV, stands out for its elegant nuances of ripe pear and citrus, revealing a fruity character enriched with hints of date and almond, with a delightful touch of honey and vanilla.
The “contained” alcohol content provides a smooth and enveloping experience on the palate.

Made 100% with barley malt grown on our Farm and aged for 3 years in oak barrels from ex-wine (Ornellaia).
Bottled at full proof, as it was in the barrel without dilution.
The distillation of our Italian Whisky Single Malt was carried out at less than 94.8% ABV to preserve the fruity aromas and flavors we sought, carefully managing every aspect of the fermentation in the brewery.
Italian Whisky Full Proof maximizes the fruity aromas of ripe pears and peaches sought in fermentation, intertwining with notes of butterscotch and caramel with woody undertones that enhance the three years spent in the barrel.

We have designed and crafted a bespoke recipe.
A very fragrant hoppy beer with mild bitterness, distilled by Distilleria Capovilla — a historic company based in Rosà (Vicenza), recognized as one of the finest distilleries in the world.
The double distillation of the beer is carried out in a bain-marie at a low temperature, preserving the vibrant aromatic profile of the original product. Afterward, the CRAK Distillate rests in steel vats, a maturation process that softens its aromatic and flavor profile.
CRAK Distillate boasts scents of pear, flowers (violet), almonds, and marzipan, with a hint of honey and citrus. It has a vibrant, warming spirituous character and can also be used as a base for crafting cocktails.

For our second collaboration with the “Capo,” we had to wait for three years, but today we can finally uncork the Crak Distillate aged for 3 years.
We created a hoppy and highly aromatic beer with almost no bitterness, which was then distilled by the “Capo” at the Capovilla Distillery: a historic company in Rosà (Vicenza), recognized as one of the best distilleries in the world.
After the double distillation using a water bath at low temperatures, preserving the lively aromatic characteristics of the initial product, the Crak Distillate refined its character by spending three years in oak barrels.

Here we serve high-quality, zero-kilometer water. In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 181 of 23/06/2003 and Legislative Decree no. 231 of 15/12/2017.
The filtration system, through microfiltration, meets the highest hygiene standards: Ministerial Authorization no. 400.4/18.10/A1160.

Baladin Cola is a non-alcoholic beverage that contains no coloring or preservatives and is made using cola nuts from the Slow Food Presidium in Sierra Leone: with their purchase, a portion of the drink’s sales revenue will provide a small economic resource for the presidium itself.

Baladin’s Cola Zero is a non-alcoholic, sugar-free drink made with Cola nut from Kenema (Africa), a Slow Food Presidium.
Mundaka Zero

We have made our Mundaka, we have “extracted” 4.6 degrees of alcohol and created Mundaka Zero, our first non-alcoholic beer, even more citrusy with a crisp finish that tastes of cereal and delicately bitter.
