Release Harvest 2023

In 2017, we initiated a project, an idea, a dream. An experimental hop yard with the goal of exploring new varieties and broadening our horizons. Experimentation and research have always been at the core of our work, and hops are the key ingredient that defines our beers. We take pride in being able to cultivate and use them directly in our brewery, achieving better results each year.

Today, in the fifth year of harvesting our experimental hop developed with in collaboration with Mr. Hop, we are using it as Fresh Hop in both Mundaka Verde and Giant Step Verde. We picked it from our hop yard on Mount Taburno, dried it to maximize its aromas, and used it within hours to infuse Mundaka Verde and Giant Step Verde with all its citrusy and zesty freshness.

When will they be available?
Starting from Tuesday, October 24th, they will be available for takeaway at our shop in both of our locations (TapRoom in Campodarsego and Casana in Padova).
We can all enjoy them on tap together on Wednesday, October 25th, at TapRoom in Campodarsego and at Casana in Padova.
